Why would anyone want a coffee substitute, you ask? Caffeine jitters, restless legs, hungry all morning, afternoon energy drop, yellowing teeth, bad breath, restless sleep, even heart palpitations; perhaps it is time!?

Truly, I am a coffee lover!  I adore the flavour and the ritual. For me, a cup of coffee is more than just coffee. Coffee is a total experience where the brewing, pouring and sipping all interact in a harmonious way as I begin my day.   I know the harm and devasting deluge coffee has on our body systems.  So, I decided to blend coffee with superfoods and herbs and find other harmonious blends that were actually good for me.  After many trial and errors, I have blended some amazing substitutes that I now call my cafe blends. I do use organic coffee in my blends just to add the flavour, however, the amounts are so minimal that it equals less caffeine found in a decaffeinated coffee.

Our cafe flavours are aimed at fortifying and rejuvenating the body.   The ritual remains the same.

This cafe is best made in a French press!
