Raw Natural Path

The Raw Natural Path is an plant growth extension of Nature's Elements & Wholy Herb Gardens that offers possibility of natural discovery within community cooperation.   We are all on a journey of discovery and sharing our paths is a powerful way to gather light, insight and knowledge.

 The Raw Natural Path is a manifestation of Leisha`s (aka Naja) energy.   Leisha has a dream that evolves, twists and turns and creates many garden paths all with the intention to be a little beacon of light towards health and healing.    For those who want credentials, Leisha is a Certified Natural Health Practitioner with the Board of Drugless Practitioners, a Herbalist, a Homeopathic Practitioner (with continued studies with the British Instititue of Homeopathy towards her Doctor of Homeopathy), an Ayurvedic Practitioner and an Iridologist.  Her lifestyle is striving to live raw and alive.   You will often find her experimenting with live foods and making batches of goodies for her family, friends and business.    However, her first love is just trying to live as nature intended, learning how to cooperate with nature, learning how to become self-sufficient and learning how to give back to nature what she uses.   If you visit Leisha in the summer, you will most likely find her looking like a garden fairy, covered in dirt and look rather wild as she works (plays) in the gardens.

Our little center is located in Buckhorn, Ontario (20 minutes north of Peterborough) on old Indian lands.  There are 20 acres of wilderness that offer many medicines and foods.   The retail side of the business is located in a converted 1874 Church that is surrounded by cultivated and growing herbal gardens.   She loves to take her clients for walks to share the sacred magic of the gardens and how it`s gifts can be used to heal and create unabounding happiness.  

In her previous life (before she moved to Buckhorn) Leisha and her family owned and operated an eclectic hostel-retreat-shelter in Muskoka.   Affectionately named Wild Flower, this experience offered many life lessons and connections into the dynamics of the human being.   For 10 years, Leisha experimented with becoming self-sufficient, gathering old (almost forgotten) wisdom and dabbling in alsorts of natural health possibiliites.    The more she learnt, the more it become obvious that the following a living food protocol was the road to take. Working with her clients, it become obvious that if one can not address and rectify the root of people`s problems (living the S.A.D. lifestyle) then true healing will never be possible.    She began to specializes in living food, natural health education and instruction to help others choose an alternative path away from the current Standard American Diet and Lifestyle.    She realized that this forgotten knowledge of the language of plants can be reclaimed and rekindled.   She also realized that many people were experiences the thirst to re-gain this knowledge.  

As Leisha studied her books and her clients,  It is Naja`s core belief that our ``processed`` world has created most, if not all, our dysfunctions and dis-eases.  She understands it is not easy to make change especially when we have inheritied this lifestyle, but she also knows that making small changes opens the doors and windows and offers clarity to continue on the natural path.    The journey is exciting, creative, expressive and enlightening.   As the body makes the transformations, the mind and spirit rejoice.  One finds increased clarity and encouragement to make more changes and the path becomes clearer and more obvious.  It is an incredible experience both the experience and witness.   It is a journey that must be shared because of it`s a `remembering`of the ancient ways in an incredible time of change and global transformation.  

So, The Raw Natural Path is a journey Leisha shares.      Walk with her through the valleys and mountains of natural living.   She is dedicated to continue to source and find perfect food sources, to continue to maintain and care for our gardens that will provide local, loved foods and herbs and she will do her best to offer the best prices possible.   Life isn't only about making money...it is about making dreams come true and sharing the magic with your fellow passengers.

 For those interested and curious Leisha is experimenting with a new name; Naja.  Naja is the sanskrit word for Cobra.   Snake energy both intrigues and intensifies Leisha.  There isn`t a `fear`as much as their is a stark knowing that appears as stark reaction.   In the past 2 years, the snake theme has been increasing in Naja`s world.   On numerous separate occasions, people have shared with her their intiutive knowledge about her connections with snakes and they (snakes) keep insisting on entering her home and living in her human world.   So, feel free to call Leisha Naja as she experiments with this world of unknowing.
